I think journalistic integrity would have the author at least mention that this isn't unique to Iran, and that both the US and Israel are doing essentially the same thing.

"Israel and the United States are performing similar surveillance, but in this investigation, we focus specifically on how Iran does it."

"journalistic integrity" means they have to mention Israel and USA in all their articles regardless of the topic?

Yes. Without it, this thing would simply be manipulation.

Basically like how some media report Russia being bombed by Ukraine.
